Of course, the setting is incredible and the grounds are stunning, but the staff were the elements that made our experience amazing. One example: we are a vegan/vegetarian couple. Typically, this means our options at resorts are somewhat curtailed. However, when we arrived at breakfast the first day, we found that we had a plethora of options available to us in every section. This would have merely been good planning on the part of the hotel, but for us it was more. The head chef came out to greet us and make sure that we had options available to us, and to let us know that if there was anything they had missed, please let them know. Spacious rooms (We had a terrace room) in a unique architecture. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Su from the management, Anna, Muzzaffar and Sameera the waiters. We did not use the huge amount of activities, but had a very relaxing week enjoying the pool and climbing the nearby dunes for the sunset. The quality and the variety of food on the breakfast buffet was overwhelming.
